How to present myself to an employer at a career fair?

My school has a business career fair next week and I am graduating this semester and am doing that job search stuff. I'm going to be wearing a suit and have extra resumes and stuff, I am just wondering how to begin a conversation with the recruiter. Do I just walk up and ';Hi, my name is ___, here is my resume';? How do I engage in conversation with them?
