How would I report ';Job Preference'; without sounding racist ?

I work for a company that was bought out. The new company only hires a certain ';Race'; of people. (The proof is in the employee.) I feel that some applicants have been descriminated against. I am affraid that my job will eventually be eliminated because I am not of this races and do not speak the language. But what proof do I have?
