The company that i work for only gives all it's employees 20 days paid leave, plus bank holidays, and about 4 days at Christmas. This is a disgrace! Most people I know get 28 or even 30 days holiday plus bank holidays etc.
How do I go about getting all employees extra holidays, i.e. 1 day extra for every year you've been there, up to a maximum of 30 days?? We don't have a Trade Union, so we're a bit lost! Do we do a petition?? I just don't know! Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
